A simple and cheap foamcore box surrounds the parts to be cast. Be sure to calculate the volume of the box so you know how approximately how many cubic inches of RTV you will need to sufficiently cover the parts. DEAIRING is important. Try not to mix too

Step 2
Pour very slowly. When you get a thin stream going, drizzel a thin layer over the parts, and the fine detailed areas. Then continue to pour the rest of the RTV into a corner of the mold. The thin layer over the parts will settle and keep airbubbles away f
